This naturally processed decaffeinated coffee can be customized to your preferences.

We use the Mountain Water Process (MWP) — a chemical-free method that uses pure water from Pico de Orizaba, the highest mountain in Mexico. All of our MWP decafs come from Descamex, a facility known for maintaining the integrity of flavour while gently removing caffeine.

Here’s how it works:

• A chemical analysis determines the optimal extraction conditions.

• The beans are steamed and passed through a water-based solution.

• This removes the caffeine while keeping the coffee’s flavour compounds intact — so you get all the taste, none of the jitters.

Grind Info:
Ground coffee is a medium grind, suitable for drip machines and most pour-over methods.
